1. Purpose

This Public Offer sets the rules for using Smart Studio Production’s services and the conditions under which the provider may accept, refuse, cancel, or suspend services to customers.

2. Acceptance

By accessing https://www.smrtstudio.ro, creating an account (if applicable), or purchasing digital photos, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Public Offer together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

3. Services

Smart Studio Production provides event photography services and offers digital photographs for individual purchase via the website.

4. Right to refuse service

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend services in cases including but not limited to: breach of terms, suspected fraud, abusive or inappropriate behavior, unlawful use of content, non‑payment or chargeback.

5. Pricing and availability

Photo prices may vary by event type, location, season, duration, and workload. The price shown at checkout is final. Galleries are private and password‑protected; photos remain available for purchase/download for 6 months from publication and are then permanently deleted.

6. Purchase process

Payments are securely processed via Stripe. After payment confirmation, the digital file becomes immediately available for download.

7. Refunds

Digital photo deliveries are non‑refundable. For exceptional cases (technical errors, duplicate payments), contact us at rby87uk@gmail.com.

8. Conduct & acceptable use

You may not use the website or content for unlawful, offensive, or rights‑infringing purposes. Redistribution or commercial exploitation of photos without written license is prohibited.

9. Copyright

All photographs are protected by copyright. Buyers receive a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license for non‑commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Data protection

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. For GDPR/UK GDPR rights or image deletion requests, email rby87uk@gmail.com.

11. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for temporary service interruptions, loss of gallery passwords, unauthorized access caused by users, or unauthorized use of photos after delivery.

12. Changes to this offer

We may update this Public Offer. The version in force is the one published on this page as of the date shown above.
